Getting Started with Automated Giving
Automating your giving is one of the best ways to build faithfulness into your stewardship of what God has given you. There are two ways to give automatically.
Automated Bank Debit Automated Bank Debit is the easiest and most effective way to automate your giving. Once it is set up, you may update or change your giving at any time by simply contacting The Journey office. Plus, 100% of your gift goes to the ministries of The Journey because there are no processing fees. To sign-up, complete an auto-debit form (download now) and mail or fax the completed form to The Journey office to have your giving automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. Complete instructions are in the download.
You may also choose to give online through The Journey’s website. This option allows you to view your giving history at The Journey. It's safe, simple and secure: all you’ll need are a few minutes to go through the process.- Login OR Register if this is your first time giving via The Journey’s website.
- Enter your donation amount.
- Choose your donation type: One Time Gift or Recurring Gift.
- Designate the fund to which you would like to donate.
- Determine the date(s) for your contribution(s).
- Select a payment method: Bank Account E-Check (recommended) or Credit Card.
- Receive an e-mail confirmation of your gift to The Journey Church.

What does the Bible tell us about giving?
- You are taking a step of faith - When you sign up to give online you are deciding in advance to faithfully give. God always blesses that kind of faith!
- You will simplify your life - You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or need to send in an offering by mail when you’re on a trip.
- You will be helping the church - Every person who gives through automatic giving makes our record keeping much easier.
- You can focus on worship at church - Instead of having to get out a pen and write out an envelope and check, you can focus entirely on worship.

Your information is held securely by the Fellowship One system. This information will remain private and will never be given away to third parties, other than to process your scheduled contributions. You can schedule new contributions at any time and can modify or cancel those contributions at any time prior to the date they are scheduled.
